Time Needed To Dissolve In Whipped Crea

In making sweetened whipped cream, the Granular Whey Low resulted in a grittiness. After a day or 2, the product dissolved nicely and the grittiness was gone. I suggest using a little of the recipe liquid in advance of making the recipe, to allow time to dissolve the WL granular, to achieve a smooth result. The flavor was excellent. ( NOTE: after using the Granular WL, I tried making whipped cream with Powdered WL and the result was the same... grittiness. Allowing time to dissolve a day or 2 BEFORE needing the recipe, is advised).
