Low-Calorie Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Note: You will need to refrigerate any leftover cream cheese frosting as it will spoil if you leave it out at room temperature.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter softened
3 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon Watkins vanilla
4 cups Whey Low® Powder
Step 1: Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Step 2: Gradually beat in Whey Low® Powder, 1 cup at a time, on low speed until smooth and spreadable.
Step 3: Frost cake.
