Low-Calorie Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

1/3 cup milk

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp. Watkins vanilla

3 cups Whey Low® Powder


Preparation:

Step 1: Melt butter.

Step 2: Stir in cocoa. Alternately add Whey Low® Powder and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk if needed. Stir in vanilla.

Step 3: Spread chocolate frosting over the cake.
