Placing An Order
How do I purchase larger quantities?
  If you are interested in (i) purchasing larger wholesale quantities of any Whey Low® product (at least 500 lb), (ii) purchasing our pouches by the case, or (iii) if you live outside of the 48 contiguous United States, feel free to call or e-mail us for a quotation. You may purchase 1-, 2-, 5-, 10-, 25- or 50-lb quantities of each Whey Low® product at considerable discounts using our secure, online Shopping Cart.
How do you place an order?
 

We welcome orders from anywhere within North America. Overseas military orders to APO and FPO boxes are also welcome. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, our out-of-pocket shipping cost will be applied to these orders automatically.

How to order: There are two ways to order Whey Low® products. The best way is simply to follow the buttons through our online Shopping Cart to checkout. If you decide to use the online credit card method (by far the most convenient way), submit your order with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or PayPal account number on our secure server (SSL) pages. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail shortly after placing it. You can check on the status of your order any time you wish by clicking on the hyperlink in your e-mail confirmation. Shipment of your order will be confirmed by e-mail.

If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, (1) add the products you want to the Shopping Cart, (2) click the "Checkout" button, (3) fill out the order form completely up to "Step 3", indicating your wish to pay by check or money order, (4) click the "Place Order" button, (5) print out the "Order Submitted" page in landscape format for your records, and (6) send your 17-digit order number printed on your check or money order, payable in $ US to "VivaLac Inc.": VivaLac Inc., P.O. Box 272, Brookeville, MD 20833. Your personal check must be received and cleared before products will be shipped.

You may also order over our toll-free phone (1 888 639-8480 between 9 AM and 7 PM ET weekdays and 9 AM to 12 Noon Saturday) or fax your order form to the same toll-free number 24 hours a day.

How long will it take for delivery?
 

Please allow 1 to 6 business days for your order to arrive at a location in the 48 contiguous United States (by UPS Ground), if paying by credit card; 2 to 7 business days from receipt of payment, if paying by check or money order. Faster delivery options are available for your order at checkout.

Please view this map to see the shipping time for orders shipped via ground shipping for the 48 contiguous United States. All orders are shipped from our facility in Maryland by the next business day.

How much is shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
No shipping and handling charge within the 48 contiguous United States for orders of $75 or more! Only $6.99 shipping and handling charge for all other orders! You will not be charged for sales tax on your order.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, shipping charges (our out-of-pocket cost for insured US Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or insured US Airmail Parcel Post to Canada) will be applied to online orders automatically. You will be notified of the shipping surcharge by separate e-mail after confirmation of your order, but prior to shipping. For all other countries please call us directly, 001-301-774-2433, for a shipping quote.
Please be sure to report your shipping address accurately when you order. If your address is incorrect and UPS charges us for an incorrect address (usually $5.00), we will pass this cost on to you.
